Q: What is the standard turnaround time?
A: Please see the chart on the pricing page to see standard turnaround times. Items will be shipped back upon proof approval.
If you need your product photography done faster please call us and well do our best to meet your needs.

Q: Does eShopPix.com send CDs of images back with product?
A: Typically we do not send images back on CD. If preferred we can send CDs for and additional charge of $5 per order.
Also images can be backed up at our location until the end of the 3rd calendar year.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the photos?
A: Our goal is to make ALL of our customers happy. We will re-shoot until we’ve come up with photographs you will approve.
However sometimes you cannot make everyone happy, in this case we’ll refund your money and the shipping cost to return your items.

Q: Does eShopPix.com do graphic design or layout catalogs?
A: Yes, call us for details and sample layouts.

Q: My online store has specific image sizes for the product photography. Can eShopPix.com send images congruent with
these sizes and ready for use with my online store?
A: Yes, definitely. Also there is no additional charge for this service, all you have to do is make a request on the order form before
the items are sent.
